Dear people. I have decided to go on a journey to our friendly neighbors up north. I travel only for the satisfaction that is known as Poutine. Apparently this magical creation is available everywhere from McDonalds to Fancy restaurants. I shall try this first hand.. oh yes i will.
*This is basically the Canadians version of Carne Asada Fries. Best served at the latest hours after a wild adventure. Pretty basic ingredients, fries, cheese curds and gravy.
If only I can have you in my mouth right now (no tubesteak).

So the good thing about being somewhat close to Los Angeles was the fact that the new food truck trend came along to Coachella. We had all the good stuff like korean tacos, mexican, greek, asian, you name it. Little did we know that in our search to satisfy my french fry craving, we would come across an epic discovery.
EDIT: wait wtf… i just found out traditional Gyros have fries in them. how come every single gyro spot i’ve been to have never done this?!?!?!
I take back my EPIC usage. but fail? WHATCHU TALKIN BOUT WILLIS?!?! (trendy celebrity death slogan-R.I.P.)
